Nano at German Schools – Baden-Württemberg as a pioneer
Baden-Württemberg will be the first German state to use the „SimplyNano 1®” experimental kit in high schools.
The „SimplyNano 1®“ experimental kit will launch its German career in 2014, when two pilot courses will be held in Baden-Württemberg. The courses are funded by the ministry of education of Baden-Württemberg.
The course will enable teachers to acquire state-of-the-art knowledge on nanotechnology and teaching of nanotechnology. The courses allow teachers to offer intriguing and practical tuition to their students. Among other descriptive teaching materials like the Swiss Nano-Cube teaching modules, the „SimplyNano 1®“ experimental kit will be employed. The well-proven kit is available in Englisch, French, Russian and German.
